He explained everything quite articulately. Elizabeth was very thorough and knowledgeable as well on the different plans and we were done lightning quick. AUG 2024: Have to say I had a great experience buying a car here. Shoutout to Chazz, Julian, and Tim who helped make the whole process one I will remember. Follow up after some service: the service team did great in replacing the trim although it did take a few days for it to come in (maybe have the parts dept double check if inventory on hand runs low more often). Was asked to bring it by at any time after the part arrived and the car was fixed in less time than estimated. ”
