Austin did a great job as my service advisor today. Initially, my reason for going to the Hyundai Service Center was to get the right front fender liner replaced (prior road damage). Once there, Austin had an entire service check done on the vehicle. He then strongly recommended that the front and rear axle brake pads be replaced along with the machining of their rotors. Austin was very patient as my wife and I worked through the pros and cons of doing this maintenance work at this time. What we appreciated was that he answered all of our questions very promptly and was never pushy. Resultantly, we finally decided to go also ahead with the brake work today. I was at the Hyundai Service Center today for six hours while all the work was being done. During all that time, Austin kept me updated as to the progress of the work being done on my car. Austin is a very clear and prompt communicator. He did a great job for me today. Much appreciated.

He came out immediately with the internet price, which I respect. Being in the car industry myself, I can say they don’t play games here—no slimy tactics, just straightforward and fair. During negotiations, they discounted multiple things, including a protection package, and after a short back-and-forth, gave us exactly what we wanted for our trade. The truck was in excellent condition, and Brian’s communication was professional and clear the entire time. On top of that, another salesperson overheard us mention being hungry and even brought over some snacks. That small gesture really showed the overall good atmosphere at this dealership. Although fully vaccinated, my wife and I got sick with Covid and could not leave the house to complete our new car purchase. So the dealership had us do everything electronically and remotely, and then delivered the car to our house. Our sales specialist even worked on his day off to meet our schedule.
