I have a Hyundai Tucson Hybrid that has continuously had maintenance issue as the check engine light would come on continuously. Jesus worked with his team of foreman and engineers to get the issue that was related to the valve cover gasket resolved. He made sure that at all times we had a loaner vehicle and worked hard to get the issue with our vehicle resolved on the long run so that we wouldn’t have to keep coming in again. His knowledge of automotive issues combined with his experience in customer service makes him a great leader. I’d highly recommend him.

Recently brought my vehicle in the Katy Hyundai Service Center and love the real time messaging from the mechanic showing you videos of the inspections and making recommendations on what service you want done. This process keeps you informed throughout your service visit.

Austin did a great job as my service advisor today. Initially, my reason for going to the Hyundai Service Center was to get the right front fender liner replaced (prior road damage). Once there, Austin had an entire service check done on the vehicle. He then strongly recommended that the front and rear axle brake pads be replaced along with the machining of their rotors. Austin was very patient as my wife and I worked through the pros and cons of doing this maintenance work at this time. What we appreciated was that he answered all of our questions very promptly and was never pushy. Resultantly, we finally decided to go also ahead with the brake work today. I was at the Hyundai Service Center today for six hours while all the work was being done. During all that time, Austin kept me updated as to the progress of the work being done on my car. Austin is a very clear and prompt communicator. He did a great job for me today. Much appreciated.

The best service I have been given so far at the west Houston Location. When I asked questions about my service or what my vehicle package was, it was answered. They even washed my car. Other locations do not wash the car in a service.
